ABOUT
Maren lives and works in Denver, Colorado producing commission-based artwork and seeking avenues through which she can use her art to aid land conservation efforts.

She graduated magna cum laude from Colorado College in 2024 with a B.A. in Studio Art. During her schooling, she spent a year working as an Artist in Residence with the State of the Rockies Project, focusing primarily on documentary photography and scientific illustration.
Her personal work consists mostly of large-scale oil paintings. With these paintings, Maren seeks to reveal the interdependence of lived experience by enveloping her audience in worlds of memory and imagination. She is inspired by the deep connection found in humans' relationships with one another, and with the environments–particularly natural environments–in which we live.
